The Net Effect of HTML Validation

The page you came from, as with all of the pages created by The Net Effect, is validated HTML. A validated Web Document is one which complies with the appropriate recommendations as defined by the World Wide Web Consortium, the W³C. By validating the HTML we write against the published standards, we create pages which are more likely to render usefully in your choice of browser, whatever that might be.
