Registering domain names is relatively easy (we do all the paperwork), the domain name is always registered in your personal or your company's name and always remains your property.

Our annual/registration prices are as follows:

• Registering a .co.uk or .org.uk name £30
• Registering a .com or .net name £40
• Registering a .eu name £25
• DNS is including in registration if used for email and WWW straightaway, an additional charge for adding to two name servers £15 will apply if the domain names is utilised for email and WWW activity at a later date.
• Subsequent Annual maintainance charges for .uk domain names is £30.

We can register any domain name, please contact us for your cost.

On registering and renewing a .uk domain name with ourselves, you are bound by the terms and conditions as laid down by Nominet (the .uk registering body).

Cancellation of a domain name must be in writing and delivered to our trading address no less than 21 days prior to the renewal date. Transfer of a domain name to another is free of charge. Transfer of a .uk name usually takes less than an hour, the transfer of .com names can take days due to the differing system.

Payments are made through our invoice system, we expect payment to be made within 30 days of the invoice date, all prices are plus VAT.

Complaints to the company should in the first instance be made by telephone 0114 251 3377 or by Email. Any complaint will be dealt with immediately and a Director of the company will oversee the complaint.
